油系统设计及解决方案 Oil system design and solutions

汽轮机油系统包括润滑油系统、控制油系统，其基本作用如下：

1. 供汽轮机组各轴承润滑油，使轴颈和轴瓦之间形成油膜，以减少摩擦损失，同时带走由摩擦产生的热量和由转子传来的热量

2. 供给调节系统和保护装置用油。供油系统必须在任何情况下都能保证可靠供油，供油的任何中断，哪怕是短时间的中断，都会使轴瓦损坏或熔化，造成严重的设备损坏事故；同样，失去液压调节系统的用油，将使汽轮机失去控制。汽轮机组油系统的正常工作是保证其正常运转的必要条件。

工作流程：

1. 与客户沟通并了解其的需求

2. 设计油系统，包括油站、管道、控制阀、油泵、电加热器和仪表控制系统

3. 提供油系统的参数表，P&ID 图，三维图，仪表布置图，仪表清单，仪表说明书等

4. 发给客户审核图纸并根据客户的意见对图纸进行修改

5. 参与制造，把设备发往现场并配合用户进行安装和调试

The turbine oil system includes a lubricating oil system and control oil system, and its basic functions are as follows:

1. Lubricate each bearing of the steam turbine to form an oil film between the journal and the bearing pad to reduce friction loss, and at the same time take away the heat generated by friction and the heat transmitted by the rotor.

2. Supply oil for control systems and protective devices.The oil supply system must guarantee a reliable oil supply in all circumstances, and any interruption in the oil supply, even for a short time, will damage or melt the bearings, causing serious equipment damage accidents; similarly, the loss of oil for the hydraulic adjustment system will cause the turbine to lose control. The normal operation of the oil system of the steam turbine is a necessary condition to ensure its normal operation.

Workflow:

1. Communicate with customers and understand their requirements

2. Design the oil system, including the oil station, pipelines, control valves, oil pumps, electric heaters and instrumentation control systems

3. Provide oil system parameter table, P&ID diagram, 3D diagram, instrument layout diagram, instrument list, instrument datasheet, and so on

4. Send the drawings to the customer for review and modify the drawings according to the customer's opinions

5. Participate in manufacturing, send the equipment to the site and cooperate with users for installation and commissioning
