凝汽器设计及解决方案 Condenser design and solutions

凝汽式汽轮机是现代火电站最典型汽轮机。凝汽器是汽轮机装置的重要组成部分。其作用是利用循环冷却水使汽轮机排出的蒸汽凝结，在汽轮机排汽空间建立并维持真空，同时回收纯净的凝结水供锅炉给水。凝汽器工作的好坏，直接影响到整个机组的安全性和经济性。保持凝汽器良好运行工况对机组的运行很重要。

工作流程：

1. 与客户沟通并了解其的需求

2. 设计凝汽器和对应的管道，控制系统

3. 提供凝汽器的参数表，P&ID 图，三维图，仪表布置图，仪表清单，仪表说明书等

4. 发给客户审核图纸并根据客户的意见对图纸进行修改

5. 参与制造，把设备发往现场并配合用户进行安装和调试

The condensing steam turbine is the most typical steam turbine in thermal power stations. The condenser is an important part of the steam turbine. It’s function is to use circulating cooling water to condense the steam discharged from the steam turbine, establish and maintain a vacuum in the steam exhaust space of the steam turbine, and at the same time recover the pure condensate water for the boiler feed water. The working quality of the condenser directly affects the safety and economy of the whole unit. Keeping the condenser in good working condition is important for the operation of the unit.

Workflow:

1. Communicate with customers and understand their requirements

2. Design the condenser and the corresponding piping and control system

3. Provide condenser parameter table, P&ID diagram, 3D diagram, instrument layout diagram, instrument list, instrument manual, and so on

4. Send the drawings to the customer for review and modify the drawings according to the customer's opinions

5. Participate in manufacturing, send the equipment to the site and cooperate with users for installation and commissioning
